What is  Reiki?

Reiki is a widely accepted holistic healing used in health care centers throughout the world.

Reiki is a non-invasive, natural method that assists in healing the body on a physical, mental, emotional, & spiritual level.

Reiki is used for stress reduction & relaxation.  It promotes healing. 

What Happens During a Reiki Session?

Through light touch, Reiki locates & relieves energy blockages to improve health. 

The client lies fully clothed on a massage table. The practitioner places hands on or near the client. 

Reiki energy flows through the body recharging the chakras, and accelerating & enhancing the body's ability to heal itself to reduce or eliminate the source of pain or discomfort.     

Clients may feel the energy as heat, cold, vibrations, waves, or pulsating.  

How Does Reiki Work?

   Life-force energy flows through the body’s energy field, raising the vibratory level in and around the body.  This higher frequency causes lower frequency energy... negative thoughts and feelings, to break apart and dissipate. 

Reiki clears clogged passageways, so life-force energy can flow freely, to allow the body to heal naturally.
